Look for the Optimus icon in your menu bar (top-right of your screen). That's where everything lives — click it any time to open Setup, change settings, or quit.

How to use it

Click into any text field anywhere on your Mac.
Hold ⌥ Space for quick dictation — speak, release, text pastes.
Tap ⌥ ⇧ Space for long-form — tap once to start, speak as long as you want, tap again to stop.
